Blood Oxygen App

I can't download this on my Apple Watch Series 5. Both my iPhone and Watch are updated to latest Os (14) already.

When I try to download via iPhone, it says can only be downloaded on Watch. When I try to do it on my Watch, it says needs iPhone.

Blood a oxygen monitoring is only available on Apple Watch Series 6.
