A third party app does not know what you want to keep or dispose of. You will have to do that manually. Saying you want to start "fresh" but not delete everything are competing terms. Either you want to start "fresh" or not.

If you want to start "fresh" What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Mac - Apple Support

OmniDiskSweeper is a large-file Discovery Utility. OmniDiskSweeper is NOT a "Cleaner" app. Cleaner Apps have been known to attempt to throw out the beating heart of MacOS. They are junk.

Despite its action-packed name, OmniDiskSweeper does not automatically "sweep" anything. It only helps you identify your largest files, and if YOU decide to eliminate any file, it can assist you in Trash-ing that file.
