My iPhone is disabled

I forgot my phone password and when I turn it on it says “ iPhone disabled connect to iTunes” what could I do to unlock it ?

Disabled phone

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled

It’s not the phone I’m using it’s an old phone
