Text on watch

new watch and I do not see texts automatically ok my watch. Have to go to apps and click message icon to see. I want to see them automatically on my watch as they come in. Have watch set to mirror phone. What do I have set incorrectly?

Do you have message privacy turned on?

From your iPhone>Watch>Notifications>Notification Privacy>Toggle this off
