Application Lock without Third Party Apps!

I'm blindly looking for a solution to lock my applications from other to open even after handing over the phone. Is it possible to lock specific applications with Touch ID or Passcode?

Try Guided Access. You can restrict the use to only one application. The application that you want them to access and the entire iPhone will locked for other Applications.
