Emails on iPhone do not stay deleted
i have an iPhone 10XR. I have iOS 14.0.1. When I try to delete my emails they do not stay deleted. I have rebooted and no success. Appreciate if anyone know what is the problem. Thank you.

My email app used to sync across the platforms and between mobile devices. After updating all software, no syncing works. Even on one device like the. Iphone, mails I had filed or deleted show up again after a while.
