Can't install Malwarebytes

I am trying to install Malwarebytes.com to remove Malware i have but i keep getting this pop up ?? Anyone know a solution ???

Change System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General - "Allow apps downloaded from:" to App Store and identified developers.

malware bytes I am unable to use Malwarebytes. When I go to Malwarebytes it says Malware Protection is turned off. When I try and turn it on I am unable to. it say We have detected issues while turning on protection. Please go to troubleshooting page which I do but nothing works. Should I uninstall MalwareBytes.
