My macbook pro 2011

I have a problem my macbook pro 2011 it turns on then it shows the loading bar (■■___________) and then the bar disappears then 5 seconds later it turns off. I was having problems since the first day I got it the only thing I can use is the internet other software that I want dosen't work I can't even download any apps because the software is outdated
