My MacBook Pro it’s stuck on loading screen and I can only do hard shut down and turn back on and it’s still stay on loading screen. How can I fix this without it costing me a lot of money?

Your Mac might have been in the middle of an update and might be frozen (if you're stuck on the Apple logo with a progress bar). If that's the case, try reinstalling macOS. You won't lose any data by doing this.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT erase your Mac or use Disk Utility to do the same.
