I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016) with 3.3 GHz Intel Core i7 processor and 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 memory. It has Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 (18G6020). I cannot get the Catalina upgrade to download (it appears). Is this machine capable of this update?

Open in Safari, Firefox will not work.
I'm not able to get the upgrade to download. The session has timed out on me 3 times today, that's after following the recommended method.
