BATTERY HEALTH

I purchased iPhone 11 (64GB) last month and I have noticed that my battery health is draining at a high speed.

It was 98% a week before and later when I updated the software to iOS 14, it dropped to 97%. Is this a serious issue? I tried all the solutions for improving the battery health.
