Iphone Not Updating to ios14?

I can't update to ios 14 on my iphone 6s because it is stuck mid update on a restart screen with a plug into computer icon showing...can somebody please help?...

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
