I have iphone xr, but I didn’t received the IOS 14 update, when I checked for software it will show that my software is up to date but it’s only Ios 13.7. What do i need to do? Pls help

Settings > General > Software Update [What do you see here?]
Were you running the iOS 14 beta?
If so, you will need to uninstall the beta profile and restore your phone first:

Otherwise:
If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update - Apple Support
It says your software is up to date. But it’s only IOS 13.7
I did not receive the IOS 14 update
