Can my cloud storage be partitioned by family member?

My son has a lot of photos that I'd prefer be partitioned in our Cloud storage. Is that possible? Or can we have two 'Clouds'?

If you’re sharing an iCloud subscription (200GB or 2TB) there is no way to set any users allotment of space. Every user in the family share can store as much as they wish until the total family shared space is full.
