Updated my iPhone 6s on 09 13 2020 to iOS 13.7 when it was finished it had error message saying that I would not be able to make or receive phone calls or receive data. I've tried everything that I know to get it back to no avail. Anybody else have this issue when you updated your iPhone if so did you fix this problem?

Hi, you can check this: If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone
Check if there are any available carrier updates, go to Settings > General > About & look for any updates (shows a red dot) for Carrier or Service provider.
You may also need to restore your phone as new:
