not able to update the keynote in macbook pro 16.

not able to update the preinstalled keynote and numbers in new macbook pro 16. it says it can not be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID. But it was not refunded and i do not have another apple ID.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15
