Can't update Keynote for Mac

Hi, I am trying to update Keynote of my MacBook and it won't let me. It keeps saying that it was either refunded or installed from a different apple account. I have Keynote on my iPad and iPhone under my account and it won't work on the MacBook.

1 - Move the Keynote application to the trash: right click and select Move to Trash

2 - empty the trash: click on the desktop once, to select the Finder

go to Finder > Empty trash, then select empty trash to confirm

3 - open the App Store, sign in with your Apple ID, type " Keynote" in the search box then click the download button
