Cannot send text picture to android user

I can receive texts but cannot send pictures to android users. I get the red alert that it failed. IMessages on to send and receive from my phone number. Not sure what’s wrong.

Enable MMS.

SMS, MMS, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, VoiceMail all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency who issued the SIM / eSIM to you.See the pic below
