Please Clarify:

Was group texting working before and then all of a sudden stopped working? Or has it never worked?

If it Group Texting just Stopped Working....

• Uninstall Third-Party Security Software:

Third-Party Security Software may be getting in the way here. It would all have to do with filtering, such as it seeing one of these numbers as fraudulent and insecure.

Secure Software just gets in the way on an Apple Device, and this is a pure example of how and why. So, uninstall such software, as instructed by the developer.

• If Group Texting has Never Worked:

Contact your cellular carrier to find out if this service is an available option to you as part of your plan.

Ask your Carrier:

Contact your cellular carrier for texting/messaging issues.

There’s probably overwhelming usage due to many being at home due to the Corona Virus pandemic

1. try to reset your network settings,
2. if you mean imessage groups, turn off imessage , restart your phone and turn imessage back
