My phone keeps bugging me I have a 64gb Iphone XR and most of "other" takes it up. I deleted so many pictures and apps and i still have no storage can someone help?

If you’re using iOS 13.5.1, I recommend you update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS. If you don’t have enough storage space to update wirelessly, you’ll need to update via iTunes. Also, make sure you have a backup before you update! https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204204
