Change country

I have moved from Hong Kong to UK. All I want to do is switch to the Apple UK store for EVERYTHING. I tried and got the message that I have to wait for my Apple subscription to expire. Ridiculous, but I did just that. Then I changed my ID to UK on my MacPro. Then I signed up for Apple Music again. Then I attempted to download an app on my iPhone and guess what - I'm told I have to wait until the new Apple Music subscription expires . . in 3 months. This is crazy!
