How to connect watch to my car

Watch doesn’t support CarPlay.

And per the above-linked thread, neither does pairing Watch to a car dashboard via Bluetooth.

It sounds like you are trying to connect your Apple Watch Series 5 to your car. The Apple Watch syncs with the iPhone and doesn't work with the car except for as a digital car key for select car models. Check out this link to learn more about using your Apple Watch as a car key.
