I was wondering what the power/charging specifications are for the two USB-C ports in the 2020 MacBook Air. For instance are these ports USB-C power delivery ports? Are they able to fast charge an iPhone 11 like the 18 W apple USB-C adapter can?

So are you saying that, for instance, if the 30 W adapter that came with my MacBook is plugged into one of the USB-C ports, the second port will be able to provide up to 30 W of power to charge another device? If that's correct, how much power would the USB-C ports be able to provide if the MacBook was running on battery?
A USB-C port can deliver up to 5A or 100 watts. They can fast charge an iPhone 11. This may be limited by the charger that is being used.
