Im having trouble streaming movies from Apple TV , I can see the preview but not the movie, this all started from the new update. Can someone help me to fix it?

This is all I see in my tv, can’t see the movie

What is your streaming device? Do you have an Apple TV set-top box? Which model?

Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

If you can't stream or watch movies or TV shows from the Apple TV app, iTunes Store, or third-party apps - Apple Support
