Apple ID has been hacked!Password and security answers all changed.

Apple ID has been hacked, password and security answers all changed by hacker and I need to logout of this account but couldn't unless I tutn off my find my phone..But I cant. Please help! I still can't delete this account using the step by step instructions found in the internet. I'm using the iPhone 6S
