I cannot use my iPhone 7 due to remote management lock kindly help

1) I am a user, just like you. 2) Only the company/person who is managing it can turn it off.
If you have a device that has remote management on it and you bought it from "some guy" then there is a good possibility it was a lost or stolen phone. If the phone gives you any information about who is managing it, contact them to return their property to them.
You'll need to contact whoever is managing the iPhone and have them remove the lock.
