Did you have the screen replaced by some un-authorized party?


This message is normally caused by having the screen fixed by service shops that are not authorized by Apple. If you had the screen fixed by someone other than Apple or an Apple Authorized service provider, then you have voided your warranty and Apple will no longer fix that device. Take it back to whoever fixed it, and complain to them.



If it was fixed by Apple, an Authorized Apple service provider, or has never been fixed or replaced at all, then contact Apple support directly: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
