I’ve been trying to upload my recent photos on iCloud but it’s stuck. It’s not uploading,I’ve paused it and resumed but it’s still not uploading,I’ve also shut down and restarted my phone but it’s still not working and my iPhone X is updated. This hasn’t happened before. It usually takes long but this time it’s not making progress at all. What do I do?
A couple things to check -- is the device plugged in to power, is the device connected to WiFi, do you have enough iCloud and device storage space?
