Sometimes I can’t add a song to the queue and There isn’t a “play next” option. Also recently I haven’t been able to mix the queue. And it isn’t that I do not have Apple Music subscription. Why does this happen

It sounds like you're unable to add music to play next on your device. We're happy to help. When attempting to add the music are you following the steps as outlined here? Add music to your queue to play next If so, does a normal restart of your device resolve the issue?


Regarding mixing the queue are you referring to shuffling the music in a playlist? If so, this article can help: Repeat and shuffle music


If the issues continue, confirm the device model and OS running. We'll continue to help.
