I want to change the default mail option on my iPhone 8 with iOS 13.6.1. There is no listing for "Default Mail Account" or "Account" under "Settings", then "Mail." There also is no listing for "Default Mail Account" or "Account" under "Settings", then "Contacts". How can I change the default mail option on my iPhone?

How can I tell which account it is? I have the AOL and Outlook apps loaded onto my phone, and use both of them.
1. Open your Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap "Mail."
3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Default Account."
4. Select the email account you'd like to default to.
This setting is only valid if you configure several accounts in the default iOS mail app.
If you use several mail apps like Outlook and AOL you won't need to choose a default account, because you'll use the app that corresponds to each account.
I tried that. I do not have the "Default Account" listing. The last thing on the menu that I see is "Signature." There is nothing after that.
That means you only have 1 account set up.
