I cleared recent calls but need a number that was there. Can I retrieve it?

I just deleted in error my recent calls received and I need them back. How do I go about retrieving them. Thank You in advance.
Only place you might find them is in your last backup. To restore from that would lose all data since the backup and you are looking at hours of work.
I cannot recommend any third party apps to extract from the backup file but I believe they exist if you have the money
I'd suggest you log into your account with your carrier. Most of them give you the option of seeing your call history. Note that you won't see FaceTime or WhatsApp calls.
