How do I retrieve my calls received list after it was accidentally deleted?
I was deleting multiple names and numbers calling and somehow I accidentally deleted them all and I need a couple of numbers.

what if all the user sites cost money? I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on something I did on accident
That's between you and your carrier. Once deleted from your phone, they are gone from your phone. Your carrier likely has your phone call records, but no one here, nor at Apple has anything to do with what your carrier may or may not charge to access those records.
Check with your carrier to see if they have a user site that you can log onto that displays call history.
You are asking about something that we cannot control. You will have to decide for yourself how important it is to retrieve the call history.
