Swollen Macbook Pro Battery

My 2015 model macbook pro battery has been having issues for a year affecting my trackpad and keyboard and my battery is swollen now! I got a new battery but I don't know exactly what to do! Will my new battery get ruined too if I replace the battery? (Ive heard that many people experienced battery issues when my issue started)

Should the macbook pro have warping and expansion damages

the product needs to be taken in to an authorized service to be

evaluated and estimate for repair made. ~ Could be the unit has

more than superficial damages; may be nearly totaled, in fact.

The "send-in" inspect & service may be useful, where applicable.

You would not expect a new battery to have issues, so no it will not "get ruined too."
