iCloud Junk Mail

All spam/junk mail in my folder is gone from both my iPhone and MacBook. I don't manual empty/delete that mail cause sometimes important emails do fall into it. Been looking for email confirmation for 3 different stores last week and when I called their customer service they say email was sent check your junk mail.

Three different stores can't be having the same problem at the same time its gotta be apple, anyone else having this issue?
