I have bought apple watch in US, but using in Nepal, how to use ECG app in Nepal?

in order for ECG to work
- it has to be purchased in a country whos government has approved the feature
- it has to be located in a country whos government has approved the feature
Nepal does not seem to be on the list yet

if or when the government of nepal approves it it should begin working on your watch (to the best of my knowledge)
