How does one change the default application for opening a downloaded in a given format? In my case, using Chrome, .cvs files automatically open in Numbers, for Pete's sake. I want Excel to be the default. Thanks

Highlight one of the .cvs files and press Command- i this will open the Information panel
go to Open With and use the selector to choose Excel then press Change All…
