However, if you sync content with iCloud like Contacts, Notes, Reminders, etc. you have to turn those switches on again after you restore the backup. IOW, if you sync contacts with iCloud you have to go to Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Apps using iCloud>Contacts>On. You have to enable those apps by turning the switch on.
