Since I installed the Windows 10,everything went to be great.However I found that the Sound and microphone are not working on it.I tried to fix it in the 'Device Manager' but failed.Could anyone help me?

It is Legacy. Have you installed Bootcamp drivers? See Download and install Windows support software on your Mac - Apple Support for reference.

When booted in Windows, run msinfo32 and post the value of BIOS Mode.
Click on System Summary and check the value of BIOS Mode.
If you run setup.exe from the Bootcamp folder, do you see any devices in the Audio section of Windows Device Manager?
