My macbook is very hot

Dear community my MacBook is hitting a lot while doing the simplest operations up to 70-80° Celcium is this normal?

when It's turned on for a few seconds or doing the simplest orerations

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

The newer Apple laptops run much hotter than older models.


Perform an SMC reset.


Run the Apple Diagnostics to make sure the cooling system is operating correctly.


You may have software installed on the laptop which is causing the laptop to run hotter as well. Run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.
