my apple music deleted after a backup to my mac

Recently my phone’s storage was at max capacity due to the “other” category taking up more than 50% of my storage, so in order to minimize it, I had backed up my phone to my macbook and reset my phone. When I restored my phone from the backup all my music (including purchased and other playlists) were gone. I’m not even able to add songs to my library. When I try to go to open my library it just says “loading library...” and it’s been like this for a couple of days even though I payed for my apple music and everything. The playlists and such are still available on my other devices such as my mac and my old phone but not available on this phone. What can I do to fix this?
