I have family sharing figured out pretty well when i'm using my phone and Apple TV, but when I try to view the shared content on my mac, there's no option to be found. I also can't find any solution for this and i've been searching for days…please help this headache go away! Why can't I see any of my family's shared items on my mac but I can with all other devices?

Check for Updates:
Update to the latest version of iTunes - Mac. If you have Catalina, then the Music and TV apps are used. Go Here: What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support
