Can't order apple watch online

I'd like to order a series 5 apple watch, but it says that it is unavailable for delivery. Just wondering when this might be resolved? It won't be delivered to any stores either for some reason...

I believe that this is due to production shortages due to the global pandemic. Many watch configurations and/or bands are out of stock. I'd keep looking around to see if there is a different combination you like; because there still are watches available to order, just not as many as before.
