Question:
Mac won't start. Hangs on black screen with apple logo. Can power off and open from bootcamp to windows. Can't open mac in safe mode - if I start with shift key it opens in windows, if I start with alt key back to the same hanging problem.

Hi! Does allow for the selection- when I get to the Apple logo it loads about a quarter of the way and then just hangs...
When starting in recovery mode gets to the voice prompt... to use English, press the return key...and then just hangs

MFTs are used on Windows for NTFS. Does Internet Recovery (Command+Opt+R at boot) work?

macOS Recovery or Windows Recovery?
Did you recently install Windows on this Mac? If you run SMC and NVRAM Reset, does Alt/Option key allow OS selection?
