Couldn’t change my country in my Apple ID

I have changed my country and I couldn’t change my country even through my Apple ID. As I’ve already removed my payment method now I can’t even download apps from the App Store. How do I fix this? Thank you

Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in then go here - Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
