I have an iPhone 6s with a 6 month old battery that is showing Maximum Capacity health. I've cleaned up phone, deleted old apps, turned off location services, turned off background app refresh, and even reset the phone and the battery still drains really quickly -- from 100% to 60% within 20 minutes.
I updated to 13.6 just the other day and it had no change.
Any advice??

Yes it takes time to adjust as System would be analysing your Pattern of using, charging, overnight, standby and many things, give some time and then check.
How much Maximum Capacity it is showing?
Install the new iOS 13.6.1 update and then see if it solves the problem or not.
