High Sierra is not available in App store

I am attempting to upgrade one of my iMacs (mid 2011 iMac 12,1) to High Sierra (from Sierra) but the link is no longer available in the App store. Is there a way to get the download other than the App store link?

I don't think I can upgrade it higher than High Sierra, can I?

Is there any benefit to upgrade from Sierra to High Sierra?
