The App Store opens in this link that is in this article, but High Sierra is not available from the App Store anymore.
Does anyone know how to download High Sierra. I cannot use Mojave or Catalina because of software that I use.

So to confirm, the Mac App Store opens on the High Sierra product page, and the Get button then either fails, or the Get button itself is not available?
If you have access to a different Mac running something newer than 10.11, see if the download works there.
This worked!!! I think the culprit was trying to open it in Firefox instead of Safari. When I tried to open in Firefox, it went to the general App Store start page. When I opened in Safari, it went to the High Sierra download page. Downloading now. Thank you!!!
