Can't update 10.15.6

I am not able to update to new update 10.15.6.

The system says to restart the pc and even after doing that the version remains the same i.e. no update is effected.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Get the standalone & install in Safe mode...

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup).
