Is there a way to sync iPad Pro and iphone so apps pages layouts are same?

I really like the way I’ve organized my apps and apps folders on my iPad Pro. Is there a way where I can sync across both ipad and iphone? Would make it so much easier to locate apps if both devices same. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Syncing apps layout on the Home Screen from iPhone to Is there a way to have apps laid out on the iPhone and have them sync to an iPad so they're basically the same display, same apps in the same place? I haven't got my iPad yet, but using someone else's. Just getting ready. Thanks very much.
