Hi Chris.

I have a 6S plus with 16GB which has been plenty for the past 4 years. Now when I delete anything, "other" takes it over withing an hour even if I'm not using the phone. I'm running 12.4.1 and it takes up 5.31GB. Other takes up 4GB. Yesterday it was at 2.9GB. I deleted a bunch of photos and cleared almost 1GB and now the storage is full again.

A couple of weeks ago I did the backup and reset the phone and "other" dropped to 1.4GB. Then it filled up within a few days.

It's to the point where my apps won't open and I can't even send messages because the storage is full.

I don't stream music or videos. I just want the phone to work with the limited apps I use.
